Director Donna Clapham is a Certified Event Manager (CEM) which is the industry qualification for Professional Conference Organisers. This is your guarantee of professionalism and an industry benchmark. After having gained a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in marketing and international business, from The University of Auckland, Donna has spent the past 25 years creating, organising and managing events, conferences and exhibitions for the corporate world. She has managed conferences for the medical industry whilst with MTANZ and The Conference Company; along with other not for profit associations such as The Telecommunications Users Association and The Direct Marketing Association. Workz4U Conference Management has been operating since 2006 and has been successfully delivering medical conferences and events ever since.
Lynda completed a degree in Tourism Management (BTM) prior to commencing a career in the tourism, hospitality and conference industry which spans 21 years. She has for the last 15 years solely focused on the management and creation of conferences and events, primarily in the medical and healthcare, education and IT industries. Lynda has managed small intimate gatherings to large international conferences. Lynda is also a Certified Event Manager (CEM), the industry benchmark for Professional Conference Organisers.
She enjoys the challenge of the busy office routine dealing with all aspects of delegate registration, accommodation and general enquiries culminating in on-site management. She started with HISANZ (Health Industry Suppliers of Australia and New Zealand), now MTANZ (Medical Technology Association of Australia and New Zealand). Married into a sailing family she enjoys cruising and exploring the Hauraki Gulf and when at home can be found either in the garden, kitchen or with her nose in a book. Balancing life as a mother with 3 grown children and work has created a very busy life which she relishes.
Conference Co-Ordinator & Sydney Office Manager
Toni has recently joined Workz4U Conference Management Ltd and manages our newly opened office in Sydney, Australia. Previously, Toni worked in the travel industry for 28 years as a Corporate Travel Consultant. With exposure to all facets of corporate travel she has bought valuable experience to the Workz4U team. Toni has a great eye for attention to detail and looks forward to working with the Workz4U team to deliver exceptional conferences.
Rhowena has worked with WORKZ4U Conference Management Limited since 2012 to design conference materials that are both informative and brand driven, in order to ensure maximum effect for the conferences that WORKZ4U deliver.
Elvira is very excited and encouraged to be assisting with organising medical conferences with Workz4U Conference Management. Her experience and knowledge – including being fluent in Russian is a valuable benefit! Elvira is a graduate from the Auckland Institute of Studies, with a Post Graduate Diploma of Business Administration.
